Processing, Shipping, and Handling
Processing: 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on Friday will be processed on Monday.
Shipping:
Express (Domestic & International): 1-3 business days
Domestic Regular Flat Rate: 5-7 business days
International: 7-10 business daysAll deliveries are through USPS and FedEx.
Digital Products: Delivered same day via email.
Important Notes:Business days are Monday-Friday. Weekends are not considered.Ensure your billing and shipping address match. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.Incorrect billing addresses will prevent payment from processing. Pending transactions will fall off after being declined.
Returns & Exchanges:Returns must be initiated within 24 hours with proof of purchase and original packaging.Store credit or replacement offered for accepted returns.Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.Contact info@highclassflair.com for returns. Unauthorized returns won’t be accepted.
Refunds:No refunds are allowed.
